We were driving through Twin Falls and stopped at Tse on a whim. The service was adequate until the intensely attentive owner half-tricked us into ordering an extra entre. Everything was downhill from there. We both ordered pho, which strangely came with egg-drop soup as an appetizer. Both were off-flavor and full of cheap, poor ingredients and watery broth. This was some of the worst food I've ever had, no doubt. And it smelled funny. Honestly I should have known better.

Not sure about other food but the owner recommended the seafood fried rice and flat rice noodle with beef. Both were excellent. I'm Asian and the seafood fried rice was the best I have had in US.

We're here in Twin Falls for the night, looking for a sushi restaurant. Yelp pointed out one that was close to the hotel. "Score!" ....or so we thought. Went there and waited to even be acknowledged, never mind waited on at all. After 5 minutes standing there, we left. THAT review is forthcoming..... Drove around to 3 OTHER recommendations before we stumbled on Tse. And I'm SOOO glad we did!! The reviews we read are all great and rightly so. The service is just as reported; friendly, funny, and attentive. I had the Orange Beef which the waiter kinda amusingly downplayed as being "common." This of course is AFTER I ordered it. Well no matter how common it is elsewhere, I've never had it and was @#$% glad I ordered it! Tender pieces of beef fried in a crispy batter with a tangy, mildly spicy orange sauce, served on a platter, with slivers of seared orange peel and broccoli spears. Wow! Very well done folks! My wife had the Four Flavored Sizzling Rice Platter. It came on a cart and the server pours the ingredients onto a scalding hot cast iron pan. A Cantonese style dish with chicken, shrimp, crab and scallops along with a good array of vegetables. Very tasty as well. I really can't fault anything about this place. Outside appearances can be deceiving. The inside is clean, comfortable and quiet. It's a shame we only come by here once a year......

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. A nice young lady at the boot barn told me it would be the best authentic Asian food in town. I am Cambodian/Chinese. I was thrilled. We let the owner know that we could not have sugar and msg in our food. She informed me that there would be very little in the food and that they could accommodate us with our stir frys so that it would be so miniscule you would not notice it was there. We started out with the hot and sour soup. It was like trying to eat a bowl of sugar water. So we pushed that away and waited for out meals. My husband ordered a chicken stir fry and I the seafood stir fry. It was so sweet it was like syrup. My husband doesn't mind a bit of sweet and even he couldn't take it. We walked to the front and let her know that the food was inedible for us. You could see that we had only taken a bite of our food. She charged us $30 for food we left at her table uneaten. Disgraceful! We paid the $30 and just took it as a lesson to check the reviews better before we eat at new restaurant, at least new for us. I would have argued the $30, but I felt bad, she had no other customers in her restaurant, a bit obvious why. She was a nice lady, just in the wrong business!

I hate to be lone dissenter here, but I have to be honest--the food was horrible here. The service was great, as I was waited on by a very friendly and talkative college student. At first I was taken aback upon entering the store, because he was wearing a baseball cap, jeans, and a t-shirt, so I wasn't sure if he was a waiter. Because I was the only customer in the restaurant, we chatted it up, and talked about Twin Falls (it was my first time as I was passing through), and San Francisco area (where I am from). He was super friendly and attentive. This doesn't change the fact that food was absolutely horrible. I ordered combo plate number one--pork chow mein, sweet and sour pork, and pork fried rice. The fried rice had no taste except for a strange aftertaste, the chow mein noodles were soggy with this crumbly red meat on top. The sweet and sour pork was at least edible. To the restaurant's credit, the waiter let me change my order to "George K Cantonese Chicken" at no extra charge. I hoped for something better, but this was equally bad. This plate featured chicken in a strange brown gravy, with discolored mushrooms and bamboo shoots. The chicken were cut in large pieces and still had skin on, and it was a bit of work to eat them. Upon working apart two pieces of chicken, I noticed that one of the pieces was pink and undercooked. I hate sounding like some snobby out-of-towner, but the food wasn't good, and I wished I had stuck with something more 'safe' in the small town of Twin Falls, like Pizza Hut.

This is as good as chinese food gets here in Twin Falls. It's not excellent, but pretty darn good. The owner is always around and eager to please. Plus they have some other varieties of asian food. a little thai, and even vietnamese.
